Veggie Breakfast Bowl

For some reason I always seem to go for a sweet breakfast. Yet breakfast in Asia is mostly savoury and consists of rice topped with small amounts of vegetables, meat or fish. So here’s my best effort to mix things up: A Veggie Breakfast Bowl of brown rice, avocado, bean sprouts, yellow courgette, a fried egg, sesame seeds, olive oil and lemon juice. Perfect when I have leftover rice and random vegetables laying around in the fridge. A great new way to start the day.
